Default Frogman Falconeer: Elite SEAL Force

Anyone attempted something like this? Thought 18/2 rogue and going light armor for evasion and silent avenger set.

Why SEAL? Cause he attacks from land, dazes from the sky, and will send you back to the pond...if you're lucky.

Yeah I've thought about something similar but was considering 2 monk for ultimate ocean stance. I think the wisdom and massive amounts of dodge would be worth losing the capstone. I don't remember the exact ap split I wrote down but was t5 kensei, t4 bird, t3 stalwart, and 16 into regular aasimar for the fallen ascendent bond.

Offensively they're about a wash in Wind Stance and Fire Stance. Fire Stance may have a bigger burst to it, but loses out on Doublestrike, so. Kensei edges out over 18/2 in Water Stance, but it clearly wins in defense. The only upside to running pure is the ability to push MRR above 100, wish makes up for the lack of evasion.

I tried with 2 monk first. I couldn't get the AP to work out the way I wanted, so I just went pure. You'd need 36 kensei for full dodge, 8 ninja to further maximize dodge, 6 SD (nothing in tier 3 works with robes), 28 Falcon. That leaves 2 AP left over, no shintao (no TWF build) or regular Aasimar past what racial AP can get you. It work out fine for Scourge.

Oops, yeah, I meant lvl 3 core in SD. And even without dodge gear (besides +4qual from belt) or enhancements I'm pretty sure you could touch 40% dodge without any enhancements other than reaper. I say this because I ran my alt as a wis-monk for awhile and had 43 of 44 possible dodge without a dodge item and no Shadar lives. Was running in GMoF though so I think was getting 3 dodge there from the water stance upgrade.

The big thing for me is the vulnerable from Aasimar. Even in experienced raiding circles there's often nobody with a way to apply this consistently. I think this is something that everyone just assumes someone else will have - to the point I made a 2nd raiding alt bard that uses Flow and runs in Fatesinger to stack damage.
