Think he means to put the enchantments from the Sceptre on a bow. you can add most of them to a bow if you are really that desperate with either Cannith Crafting, or Thunderforge crafting.

Best I can tell, thunderforged gives you +100 to all spellpowers OR +150 to one. And cannith crafting doesn't allow for potency on ranged weapons at all.

Morninglord Sceptre in bow form is a pretty specific request. What I would like in general is fewer caster clubs, more variety.

I see Wild Flame/Wild Frost sickles and those are pretty cool. But we need more. Whenever designing a caster weapon, devs should ask themselves: Why not make it a light hammer? Kama? or perhaps a caster dagger? A DC-caster's throwing weapon - why not?

As far as I can tell; best spellpower you can get on a bow is currently legendary greensteel. Randomloot does drop spellpower bows; I haven't tried to craft one.

I'm usually not a big fan of putting effects on weapons that you can get in other slots fairly easily; and spellpower does fall under this umbrella. Personally; I'd just rather they gave https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Epic_Sapphire_Sting 5[1d8+3] + 15 damage or churned out more equivalents of https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Void,_the_Endless_Cold that stack the cold vulnerability much faster then once per second. Vacuum and Calamity are able to apply max stats almost instantly; but not void?
