lag freeze bad

It is 10 pm eastern,
and most of Sarlona is frozen.. we have not been able to move in like 20 minutes, in quest, out of quest, slay areas, marketplace etc etc.. people unable to load into the game,
is totally frozen,
but not on ships.. very very bad

Yeah harbor was locked up for over 20 minutes, but my friend in Hall of Heroes was fine. This has definitely been happening more since the late 2018.

Cordovan mentioned there is an issue with buyback that will be resolved soon - I wonder if that is the problem.
