As the title says, I know this is dumb, but what’s the best thing to do with these stupid coins. They’re starting to stack up after all this time of never doing anything with them. Thanks for the input.

Trade them in for cookies and other goodies at the festivult jester. Some cookies are awesome, you can sell the rest. Some cookies reach a high price in the auction house, too.

Mine go right to the AH/SE. Far better than the cookies, imho. Even selling them cheaper than dirt just to get em out of my pack - and into somebody's who wants em.
