Earthshatterer Warhammer doesn't work with FtS Spell

Edit nvm figured out what it is. The chance the proc works is just really low on FtS spell. ~5% vs 5-20% on naturally stone mobs. Also seems to hit different mobs at different proc rates. A stone golem is 5%, but a gargoyle is ~20%.



Eh maybe for killing orange names, but too slow for trash. Moving on.
