    Default Give Hellball the Meteor Swarm treatment

    Hellball sucks, especially since you removed the double-proc from the point blank shot.

    Make it not suck, make it hit as hard or HARDER than a Meteor Swarm.

    And while you're at it, make the animation more like Delayed Blast Fireball in Speed and Buildup so it doesn't bug on cooldown!
