Returning Player After 3 1/2 Years

Well I’m not in Kansas anymore!

Last played shortly after Update 27: Trials of the Archons (July 27, 2015). Played since launch up until that point.

LF guild/people to help reacclimate and teach to get me up to speed on what has changed and new (to me) quests.

I work 2nd shift so hit me up between 8am-1pm EST Mon-Fri. I will be off work from the 17th until Jan. 2 which is why I chose this as a good time to get reacquainted.

So many little (and big!) changes to catch up on!

I always recommend to start here, w/ solid characters: https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...=1#post5759361 Reading/comparing those will give you some idea of the changes.

Two huge changes are Reaper Mode (which is more deadly than Elite, but offers more XP) and Racial Reincarnation, which is an alternate to TR (Heroic/Class Reincarnation) at 20.

You are one among many players finding their way back to DDO, which may mean a resurgence of population is happening -- always good news. No matter what your playstyle may be, there is something for everyone on Khyber. Don't be disappopinted by the power creep (your gear will be sadly outdated), but revel in the fact that every chest may count again, like in the very first days =P. C-Dog gave you good information links.
