Default KNOWN ISSUE: Re-acquire Raid Loot Vendor Weapons Not Being Upgraded

The Re-acquire Raid Loot altar in the Eberron Hall of Heroes is currently consuming Threads of Fate but not upgrading weapons. Players should not update their raid weapons using the Re-acquire Raid Loot altar until this issue is fixed in an upcoming patch.

    Default Clarification

    Thanks for letting us know.
So this affects just weapons? I know it says weapons, but I wouldn't like to risk using it at all without clarification. My cloak upgrade can wait.
    Thanks.

    Default Thanks for the update

Whilst I appreciate the update, I don't understand the delay in fixing it. If It was an exploit it would be snipped off straight away, but because its a game issue, we have to wait for an upcoming patch, which could be weeks away. I have never heard of any exploit taking time to be fixed, if you have the fix ready, why not deploy it now? Servers are taken down every week, for lengthy periods, why not do it then? Just seems to me that whenever there is a game issue, who cares, takes however long to fix, but anything else is done right away.

Fixed as fast as possible, getting released as fast as possible.

We don't only build for the builds that exist.
We don't only build for the builds that are good right now.

The fact that some changes are necessary is not diminished by the fact that other necessary changes have not happened yet.
