Request for a few "Ranged" specific items

One thing I'd like to see with gear at cap is that items giving stat bonuses be less closely tied to a particular combat style.

We've had a run recently of BIS DEX/INS DEX items also carrying ranged combat effects. Now while that's nice for DEX based ranged builds, it's not so great for builds using other combat styles that are DEX based such as melee, nor is it all that good for INT and WIS based ranged builds either.

I'd like to see a decoupling of combat style and stat bonuses, so that these items become more useful to a larger variety of builds. The idea would be to put other effects on these items that are more widely useful and have greater concentration of combat style specific effects on single or paired items. It's not a simple problem and it would need to be done while also looking at other items, but it may result in an improvement.

Some other solutions would include more gear with these effects and/or abandoning the obnoxious four effects per item rule that is currently doing such a great job of messing up endgame gearing, and is also far more problematic for some builds than others.

Totally with you on that. Every time I try to gear a dex melee I find myself missing something that I feel is pretty essential or shortchanging stats by having to use too many Cannith Crafted pieces.

Minor necro, but i have some trouble finding bracers for my ranged builds. All named bracers I checked out are now almost fully or mostly redundant with ravenloft gear. Basically I just wear one to hold the 40FL and FF augments, with little additional purpose.

I would like to see some of these effects coming on Bracers
- Seeker
- Accuracy
- Devotion spell power
- Ranged Power
- Deception
- Invis guard would be fun too.

Maybe a modern version for level 29-30 of Steady Handed Armbands

Issue is that a lot of what you are wanting are all "suffix" type bonuses, so even if you go the slavers crafting route, you are looking at only getting one of them and not ranged power. You may want to look at the Legendary Ring of Prowess; which is what a lot of ranged builds use.

Thats specifically the ring i want to get rid of .

Currently using a mostly-redundant defense bracers, i could replace my con necklace with this slot, but then i am not much in a better situation. Another ring slot however is great.
