Default Raid/Reaper Mech Rogue help (epic feats)

Returning player...I've kept my TR's up to date but never really touched raiding/reapers much the last few years.

I did try reaper with a buddy about 11 months ago (he was a monk) and I noticed that with decent non raid gear I got one shot all the time. My damage was fine, (lead kill count) but surviving was hard. I play a bladeforge and love the playstyle of healing myself so won't really change that (feel like cocoon is worthless or atleast not close to reconstruction).

So my question and just a heads up..I don't understand the math of how these feats work so would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me with how much better a feat is in damage over others.

    My current feats:

    21 oc
    24 combat archery
    26 holy strike
    27 imp sneak
    28 doubleshot
    29 chaos
    30 ethereal
    Epic reflexes

    Thinking of changing to:
    21 oc
    24 combat archery
    26 holy strike
    27 deific Armor *change*
    28 doubleshot
    29 chaos
30 Scion of the Plane of Earth. *change*
    Epic reflexes

My reasoning is I feel like my damage is fine....everyone wants more ofcourse but if I get oneshot then damage is nothing dead. So this would add a static 30prr and up to another 20 if I get full stacks (and 30mrr also). I still get 2d20 acid but I lose out on the sneak attack +1 damage based off hide skill. (how much damage am I losing by not taking this).

I don't feel like Blur and invisible guard matters because I have those on items already.

I would keep this until I get gear that makes me more "beefy" then switch back to something more offensive. Also I need a lot of reaper XP so that will help also in dps/survivability as I can spend points.

I also have zero clue how the new augs for the legendary gear/weapons work yet (if someone could tell me the top three path choices and why that would be great).

I duo with my wife who plays a pure casting warlock and we both have around 25 ish past lives. Just want to be able to run up to +5 reapers without pulling my hair out (might be easier now haven't touched one in 2 years).

    Thanks for any advice/info.

Lets fix it! how? What do you think is killing us. HP/DR/Saves? I'm guessing PRR so doing my best to try to figure out how to fix this because..I love the spec and have a hard time playing others.

I'm dodge capped bare naked.. so 15%.. using light armor, I can't get the AC up to anything meaningful, and my PPR is languishing around 60. I'm only L20 but feeling the issue of needing to make sure nothing targets me. I have as much ghostly, blur, dusk, displacement, etc.. as I can, but still get womped really fast.

I'd like to know if there's a way to be a little more resilient as well. I'm still trying tho!

Reaper is not kind to rogues. Stealth is broken, sneak damage does not scale (properly) to helpless multipliers and have no effect on the hard crits, poor base durability and poor mitigation in general. Most of the things that make rogues good all-rounders outside of reaper cease to function. Non-reaper raids in general should not be a major issue as long as you know where you're standing, but raid or not for reaper you'll probably have to work with a group.

Even if running in a group there are things to avoid:
    - Don't sneak. You become the first target if you activate aggro by stealth detection, and reapers (plus a few other mobs) have a huge detection range for stealth. If you have enough hide/sneak it's still remotely viable if there's no reaper in the vicinity.
    - Don't shoot/hit first. Unless you're trying to get Pin/Otto off. You lose sneak damage if you have aggro, and it troubles melees/tanks to pull mobs off you. Intimidate and mass CC spells are also more likely to not get the whole blob if they're out in a line chasing you.
    - Don't run ahead. It's easy to overlook since rogues actually get a good speed boost if you take acrobat fast movement. Except for the odd traps that you need to go ahead for always let someone who can take a hit go first.

I personally have not ran mechanic at all in bladeforged because of the dex pen (gets in the way of acquiring PS/IPS and Combat Archery). Bladeforges are also disproportionately penalized in reaper because of the reaper self-heal penalty, you also receive less incoming heal on average because bladeforges have additional heal penalty than warforges, and let's not even compare the fleshy heals. Immunities and the +2 con are nice and still work in lategame or low reapers, I guess.
Very much like my favourite weapon, the quarterstaff, I am a blunt instrument, as are my words.

Earth is good for survivability because of PRR, but if you're going rogues on high reaper go dodge or stay out of the way. At R8-10 I'd really only expect a mechanic to have enough HP to narrowly survive a hit from anything if at all, you don't get much to stack in the way of PRR/MRR, and you don't get the option of putting on EDF. Unless you go out of the way to try to fit an opposition set and other bonuses HP will probably still be sub-2k with reaper points.
