I just logged into an old character and found feats missing. My old paladin no longer has Sovereign Host feats. Any way to fix this besides TR?

How old? There were paladin updates and then later there were deity feat updates (not sure that's what they were called) that applied to pallys, clerics, fvs, etc. Likely some prereq changed or something. As the other poster suggested, look to see if you have a lesser heart in your inventory, as they did give those out so people could respec if needed.
