I finally TRed into PDK but my For Cormyr! only lasts 60 seconds!!!

Does yours last 2 minutes? The tooltip definitely says the duration is 2 minutes. I'm still in heroics, not sure if that matters.

Yes sadly just 60 seconds, but Lynnabel changed Sharp Note to match the description. So maybe we can make her update For Cormyr 8)

Took Tactician at 28 instead of Positive Spellpower. I wont feel 20sp and the extra tactics are gonna come in handy! I added a Feat list to OP

How would you guys recommend building this kind of character for a Heroic/Epic 1-30 TR?
I wouldn't be able to take PDK I don't have a +1 Heart unfortunately.

Can anyone recommend how to build this for a 1-30 "not" end game lifer?

I have 2 friends (1 inquisitive next life and 1 Sorc) that I'll be playing with.

Hello Belief, thanks for the interest! Did you watch the video? I go over what you could take without the +1 Heart, starting with a fighter lvl. PDK is neccessary for the For Cormyr! buff, but if its just you 3, that buff might not be needed. I like the PDK pastlife though, so if you go PDK 19/1 you could start as lvl1 and just level up when your friends do.
Ill give you an outline for non-PDK:

Pure Bard, drow, dragonborn or tiefling for higher charisma.

Max charisma, max con and rest (if any) in intelligence
For skills Perform is most important, rest is up to you

01 Empower Healing Spell
03 Quicken
06 Heighten
09 Spell Focus: Evocation
12 Improved Bardic Music or Force of Personality or PL: Wizard
15 Spell Penetration
18 Greater Spell Penetration
21 Inspire Excellence
24 Arcane Insight

27 Burst of Glacial Wrath
28 Tactician
29 Dire Charge
30 Epic Spell Penetration
30 Scion of the Plane of Air

For enhancements you can see a link to mine in 1st post. Just take the points out of race tree (unless there is something you want from your race), and maybe aim for Fast Movement in Swashbuckler tree instead! I hope this is what youre asking for, if not let me know.

For a more pleasant heroic experience, I'd start with Maximize, Quicken, and Empower. Grab Sonic Blast and Shout SLAs, Sonic Blast, Soundburst, and Shout spells, and scream at stuff. I wouldn't consider melee with an Inquisitive and a Sorcerer in your group.

Yup. the anniversary goggles make you lvl 10 with similar hp if you take them off you stay at the lvl hp, but max hp becomes normal again. so 20%-ish, then you pop for cormyr and go kill some mobs.

Note, it does not heal undead form

Thanks for that tip, and the right time of year! I was annoyed with proccing by LGS as the dmg was so severe. In R7 after a few stacks you get hit for 1400, can be dangerous

Just TRed into this build again. Gonna take a pause from racials and be at cap for awhile. I will try T5 Warchanter for the 6% party damage, and will get AoE Freeze instead of Mass Hold. I have a feeling the freeze wont be as good as a mass hold cast from range but we will see 8)

Updated OP with my current numbers. I didnt have AP enough for my warchanter idea, and I skipped the last Spell Pen feat so I could have both Imp Bardic Music and wiz PL, Gonna playtest if I can live without the Spell Pen.

Edit: Also I changed some filis and chose Divine Hymn from Fatesinger, for a little more charisma 8) Updating OP

Small update. Eventhough Im not running this build atm (doing scourge cleric life), Ive still made some things that will help. I redid her sentient weapon with the new Sanctified Fervor/Reverberation +2 cha filigrees and made her an Alchemical offhander. So charisma will be a little higher. And I made her a Litany augment, so I dont have to switch trinkets and can wear the Corroded Iron Figurine full time. Also a Festive Cha augment and a 3 piece +4 Artifact Con. I didnt think too much about a gear change, Im not so fond of Feywild gear, but I think I may switch to Esoteric instead of Flamecleansed set.

Im staying at cap for Fey raid, but after that, Ill start on getting last racials again, so I can return to PDK.

On last horc life, and after that, only 4 more lives to go for racial completionist! This is how I plan her PDK endgame build. There is some wishful thinking with the perfected saltmash arte, which I dont have yet
For EDs I went with Fatesinger 35, Div Crusader 14, Primal Avatar 15 using primal mantle for the added cocoons, cant wait to try the build again. The missing feats will be Imp Bardic Music and Insp Excellence
