Generally we do not ever intend for Previews to be open on high live server population times like holiday's and the like. That being said, Preview 2 is intended for either next week or the week after. Will let you know when that is finalized (based primarily on how the Character transfer issue fixes/testing goes over the next couple days).

Nope. As we've said before, those trees will not be changing in Update 41.
