I vaguely remember a staff member posting something about new hours a while ago. And Im of the opinion we need an update to this.
1) Question for SSG, what are the hours of in-game customer service?
2) Can we get some type of auto-reply acknowledging that our tickets are in the queue?
3) And in the ideal world along with that reply, an expected wait time.
I know 2 &3 is stretching it, but the time is ideal for some type of something.
As we are dealing with a "smaller" company, budgetary considerations are important, and thats fine by me. But a little transparency or a reply here would be awesome.
We are a team SSG, we help pay the bills, you help fix our "stuff"......... Thanks.
I know people will want to post the issues they have had or are currently experiencing. We see those threads on a regular basis, this thread is more about staff's response vs ours.
