I think bards should start with more song uses, now that they need to buff each party member individually. While many veterans solo in low levels, 1-4 bard songs just isn't enough to buff newbie parties, especially for longer quests. Songs don't regenerate early on, either, making this a very limited resource in the lower levels.

I think bards should start with 4 songs +1 song per bard level (so 5 uses at level 1). While 4 extra songs is a drop in the bucket for epics or even higher level heroics, it's very useful in korthos and the harbor. This helps lower level bards buff parties as well as having several uses of fascinate early on.

Think of the newbie bards! Don't quash their love of buffs!
