A while ago I bought the Starter pack via ddo Store, received an ingame redeem Code. All fine.
Now I would like to make a friends this Gift, but can i buy the pack again, receive the Code and send to him? Or is it already linked to my Account and i won't get another Code?

At worst, you could start a new, free account and buy it via that.

The DDO Market tab at the top of the is where you can purchase codes to give to other folks. Also why not wait for Black Friday/Cyber Monday to see if you can get a better deal?
