Character transfer issue

Every time i try to transfer my character i get an email
Other details:
Character Enkedu did not copy.

We encountered an error during your transfer.

I have tried logging into the character on the live worlds then logging off but i keep getting the same emails

Also what does this mean? "You cannot send the same item twice to Lamannia on different characters" and is this relevant as I am only trying to transfer 1 character
