payment accepted but no access to VIP content in game

i have just paid for 1 month sub for VIP access to the game but when i log in to play i cannot access any VIP content or characters. any 1 else having these issues?

thanks for the help, credit card up to date, got 500 TP but no access, was logged in on the account i wanted to pay for, i have logged a ticket with standing stone games via their web site

i have paid for all the expansions but have not purchased pack's like the desert, i cant access wizard king and some of my characters (class or race restriction due to no VIP access)

Buy the cheapest thing you can find from the DDO in game store. Sometimes that fixes it.

Then I think you are better off sending a PM to Cordovan or CS_Alkaid.

• ....Must purchase Artificer (account-wide) or unlock through Favor (per server). Must purchase Favored Soul (account-wide) or unlock through Favor (per server).

All good info except for the last thing which is completely wrong.

All quest content is free to VIP with the exception of Motu, Shadowfell Conspiracy, and Ravenloft. Wizking/Demon sands is normal content that is free to VIP.

No idea how you got this wrong as demon sands was released years before Motu, the first expansion that required separate a purchase for VIP.

It didn't feel right when I was typing it, but the Wiki specifies needing the Pack for it.

I've been VIP for so many years, after buying most everything during my Premium years...

But yeah. Color me properly chagrined.
