Addressing continued rumors?

1. Rumor Melee
Prowess and Legendary Dreadnought: the discussion is to bring prowess to 30-50 melee power and rein in blitz and dreadnought to match other Epic Destinies, there are concerns about backlash and timing.

Melee DPS: is now consider over-powered look for it to be dialed back moving forward with an eye on survivability as it still remains a concern.

2. Rumor Ranged
Shuriken: bringing it closer to other ranged builds before increasing all ranged dps, consensus raged dps is way behind melee other than shuriken.

3. Rumor Casters
DC Casting: bringing it closer to other caster builds before caster pass, again concerns about backlash.

4. Rumor Level Cap
The real possibility of increasing level cap next year to coincide with Sharn and the lowering of currant raids items.

Whether or not any of this is true who can say?

Better be carefull, plenty of devs have shown they are out of touch with a few playstyles or the game as a whole, they might take inspiration from your rumors.

LD is fine, it is just Prowess filigree set, seems to be stuck in debug_mode=1;

Really? No other destiny gives you 4 different action boost to use within prowess + combat brute. Also blitz is the only sustainable epic moment. It's the only destiny you should use if melee/ranged. It's far from fine.

Still because of prowress.

Remove prowress from the equation and it is fine, not all EDs need to compete on flat DPS. That is boring homogeneous design. All the other EDs can be fixed with marginal improvements, especially considering some very outdated cooldowns.
