Hello folks,
since I get asked a lot to recommend a guild I spend some hours contacting over 350 guilds ingame via tells and mails and asked them, if they are recruiting or rather accept new players. Some of them answered and you can see the ones that are welcoming new players right here.

Note: This list is by far not complete. It is just a beginning. If you want to be added, write me a message here, in the discord or ingame. Please provide your guild name and up to 4 contact players.
Since I am only adding minimal information, feel free to describe your guild in a post in this thread and I will link to it.

Moin allerseits,
wir sind ein Haufen casual player zwischen 20 und 60 Jahren. Wir haben Spieler in den unterschiedlichsten Leveln. Wir laufen an sich alle Quests - zusammen, alleine oder in einer Pug, wie es gerade passt. Wir sind keine Raiding Gilde per se aber irgendwie klappt's immer.
Wenn ihr Fragen habt oder Unterstützung oder Starthilfe braucht, findet ihr bei uns immer jemanden, der euch aushilft. Selbst wenn ihr nicht zur Gilde gehört.

Die meisten von uns beherrschen gutes Englisch aber im Gildenchat wird Deutsch geschrieben, auf teamspeak Deutsch gesprochen. Deswegen haben wir nur eine Bedingung, um bei uns einzusteigen: Deutsch beherrschen. Das muss nicht perfekt sein. Aber ihr solltet euch verständigen können. Teamspeak nutzen etwa die Hälfte der Leute. Das ist also freiwillig. Sich fair und anständig gegenüber anderen im Spiel zu benehmen ist für uns selbstverständlich. Deswegen wird das nicht extra als Bedingung aufgeführt.

Falls ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch ingame bei einem Soko Mitglied (sucht uns am besten über das "Who" Panel) oder schreibt mir hier im Forum. Im Hafen beim Leuchtturm steht auch ab und zu ein Toon, der "MoinMoin" heißt. Dem könnt ihr auch eine Nachricht schreiben.
Im Discord Chat, dem offiziellen sowie dem deutschen, bin ich auch vertreten (Titus Ovid) aber nicht immer online.

Also es würde mich freuen, den ein oder anderen im Spiel wieder zu treffen.

For Legends of Orien:

We are an open guild that is full of people willing to teach the game for any new player looking for a home (be it forever or temporary.).
We do not raid much within the guild itself (as of late, might start back up), but plenty of other guilds do so and welcome non-guildmates to join.
There's no requirements to join, but we ask that when you do that you follow the few simple rules we have in place which can be found on our forum (you can ask any member for the address.)
Many people have used Legends of Orien as their 'jumping off guild", which is okay, that is what the original leader had in mind - a teaching guild so if anyone wanted to move on to one of the more raid oriented guilds later it was and still is okay.
If you find our laid back play style to your liking and it becomes a forever spot, that's great too!

As stated, any officer or the guild leader, Darcsyde, can be approached about invitations and/or questions.

I can say that all of the guild leaders I've come across/chatted with are good people, you really can't go wrong with any guild that you approach on Orien. (personal opinion here, I know others have their own views.)

Tycoons of Tomorrow exists on (almost?) every server, and uses an aggressive recruiting policy, spamming blind invites to any and all guildless toons they find. Not saying that this is a good or bad thing, it's just what they do.

As a result, yeah, it's massive.

I had to create guilds for my gold roll mules because they were spamming me like unwanted telemarketers on every server.

You probably know, but there is an option in uh options to turn off guild invites. I think its under UI allow guild request or something like that
