Sage's Spectacles not working with /gogglesup on

Hair style 14
Eyebrows 2
Eyes 3
Nose 2
Lips 2
Facial hair 1
Facial detail 3

Wanted to know if this was WAI or a BUG ????

Other Goggles I tried work with this command just not the Sage's Spectacles : (

I filed a Bug report under 66519 so this is on SSG list.
If you see other Goggles not working with /gogglesup on command maybe post here also.
