Wood elves arcane archer megabug

Search for information about it in the forums but found nothing concrete about it:

None of the arrow imbues work for Wood elf racial enhancement line Arcane Archer if the character does not have at least one level of the actual Ranger class. I have extensively tested many combinations and if you pick other classes combinations without at least 1 level of ranger, then when you activate the imbues (absolutely essential for any bow ranged build that takes that racial subtree) nothing happens: no elemental damage arrows, no paralyzing arrows, nothing.

Informing just in case someone plans on TRing into Wood Elf to make use of its AA line without actual ranger levels.

It's very odd there hasn't been more about this on the forums. I mentioned it in the patch notes thread but I haven't seen it anywhere else apart from here.

Had a friend who was very excited about making his main into a Wood Elf AA; he TR'd into one then discovered the same problem. So then he had to reincarnate once more, just to make his character work again.

Even though he seemed to knock out those two lives fairly quickly to get back to cap it seemed like an unfortunate lot of stuffing around. And if it is fixed later he'll have another life to do too.

Oh good, someone else who found the bug.

And I'm in the same boat as Blerk, only for me I was the one who was really wanting to try it. I'm not a big fan of TR'ing, mostly because I no longer have any time to grind out past lives, so my Handwrap Monk was only on his first. ETR'ed and TR'ed to try out a Zen Archer build and picked Wood Elf for the no Con penalty. Popped two stones to hit 24, and that's where I learned of it. Sent a bug report for it, really hoping it gets fixed soon

Please Steelstar, make the fix to all the AA ELF trees!!!( Elf and Sun Elf), and fix the bugs like the Final Strike enchantment, and the critical multiplier!
