Only if you are level 1. You can use Fred to change the feat. But at 2nd level you get another Warlock feat, and since you can't change them both at once Fred can't help you.

A Lesser Reincarnation will allow you to change pact (alignment permitting), but you technically have to re-level as you go to 1st with your current XP.

Confirmed.

Your pact choice is treated as a class "feat" (or close enough). Fred can change feats, but not more than 1 at a time - so once you hit Level 2 (and now have ~both~ Pact and your Level 2 spell), you're locked.

A LR would be your only option at that point. (Make sure your alignment allows your new desired pact - they are alignment restricted!)

Yeah - I think he just means that you have to go thru the process of re-creating the build one level at a time, not that you have to re-earn any xp.
