Melee weapon damage ratings

Is this page http://ddowiki.com/page/Threat_range accurate still?

I was looking at average melee damage per weapon with improved critical column and was surprised by some of the numbers such as:

Dwarven Waraxe 6.6
Bastard Sword 6.6
Khopesh 6.3
Scimitar 4.6

I expected to see Khopeshes on top Scims second followed by Daxe and BSwd.

It's 100% accurate if all your damage bonuses add up to 0.

As the page says,

Note that this calculation does not include additional damage from strength modifier, weapon enhancement bonus, weapon prefix/suffix effects, etc., resulting in x2 multiplier weapons looking better than they really are. This calculation also assumes a 100% critical confirmation roll, in this case resulting in lower threat weapons (which usually carry a better multiplier) looking better.
