I have yet to receive my 500 subscription points from DDO, and have had 4 VIP weekly gold rolls. Is the delivery timed to the actual subscription Date and Time? If so, how can I view my subscription start time?

So I get to be my own CS Rep this time around. After searching around my profile and other places, I remembered that I got a digital receipt for my VIP sub, and checked it out so im good now, I know when to expect my stuff and things.
