If i cancel a 3 month subscription, will i receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription time?

No, your subscription will continue until the time you've already paid for runs out. Then it will end.

-18k DDO Points and Subscription Cancelled
I log in to find out my subscription and previous purchases have been refunded >.<
-18k DDO Points, VIP status is gone and when I try to purchase another VIP sub, I'm getting a 3032 error code.
I've spoken to a rep from Xsolla that handles all payments for DDO, and they tell me my account is locked... and can't help!
I've written 4 tickets to Standing Stone Games and all they've done is merged them all and leaving no update or reply.. This is going on day 4! Anyone have this happen to them?
