Chat then World Disconnection Issue: Information Wanted

2. just the "Your connection with the Chat server has been lost/ reestablished" but the game doesnt crash.

1) Every day for more months than I can recall and at least once an hour.
2) Mostly i just get the error messages that i have lost connection and reconnected, sometime i get booted from the game.

1. How frequently has this been occurring to you? Every time I log in today since servers are back. Takes 1-5 minutes or so to manifest crash.
2. How does the crash manifest itself visibly to you? Connection widget turns red and a warning pops up saying I have lost connection then reconnected, but character is glued to the floor. A few seconds later, disconnect window pops up with a force close after clicking OK.

This came up on the livestream today, and I'd like to get a better sense of scope and commonality on this.

Someone in the group mentioned that in recent weeks they've been getting disconnected from the chat server, then their game client has crashed, requiring them to log back into the game world. This person mentioned that it's been happening every 20 minutes or so for them. After this was brought up in voice chat, several people in Twitch chat said they too have been experiencing this issue.

Clearly this isn't happening to everybody, or the volume of reports on it would be a lot higher. I have been playing a fair amount of DDO myself since early August and have not been seeing this.

Chat server has not worked for me in days. I have tried wired and wireless and in 2 different geographical areas ( FL & PA) running Win 7 Pro
