Please give us a new trader that will give us 1 random uncommon filigree for any 3 common filigrees and 1 random rare filigree for any 3 uncommon filigrees.

It would certainly alleviate the inventory challenge filigrees pose.

Doesn't really seem in line with the other trade-in systems. For example, Scrolls in the S/S/S system trade any 3 for 1 random (restricted by zone). So maybe something like 3:1 for same rarity, 9:1 for one step up?

at the rate filigrees drop yes I would expect higher then a 3:1 for one step up but 9:1 just seems excessive especially when there isn't much difference in the step up. maybe if you got to select the one you wanted but with RNG no thank you. i would prefer a system to crunch for the rare versions of filigrees. like crunch 3~5 of the same filigree to get its rare version.

3:1 for a random filigree with 10% chance for it to be rare would seem reasonable to me.
