Crafting Blanks

I keep a stash of crafting blanks in case I decide to TR into one build or another. In particular, I like to hang onto special material weapons with red slots.

Can returning weapons drop with a red slot? I've only seen them with special materials but never with a slot.

Can handwraps drop with both special materials and slots? I've only ever seen them with one or the other.

Can staves drop with special materials outside of outdated reward lists? To my knowledge, they only drop in the old BtA reward lists, which predate augment slots.

Ok so throwers can have red augment I have seen this on darts, hammers, and axes, handwraps yes I have silver threaded with red augment. Shields now drop with blue augments back in the day they could be red augment slots. What server are you on I should have augment wraps and throwers

I've only ever seen them with one or the other.

Each is rare, so finding something w/ both is rare-squared. But they do exist.
