    Default Is Main Menu - Help - New Ticket Stil the way to request support?

    Because I've been waiting ages for a GM to respond to my issue - this time I can't afford to just give up like I usually do

    So no response to my ticket in game or to this post - do I really have to start shouting in the general discussion forum thread to get any kind of reply?

    It just depends on the issue, nobody likes bad mouthing tech support, if its a quest recall and do something else the response time is not worth it. If it is a missing XP or item problem anywhere from 1-8 hours sometimes multiple days of this and multiple tickets due to them getting closed because you were offline and they need you on to fix it, again takes forever if we could have better response times or maybe a GM that only does PMs VIA In game mailbox after a closed ticket due to you not being online, something like okay you need to log on at x time, on x day, of x month you will receive a message in a 5 minute window of said time if you cannot make this time you will need to file another ticket. I know too much to ask for and who would want that job anyways, I do not use support anymore just waste more time than its worth. Again the xday thing could be a once weekly workload for someone who is tech savvy and who needs the hours and experience in customer service. Sorry hope your ticket gets resolved sooner than later.
