I Need a little Advice - Jack of trades and crafter?

Unlike most builds, people want to maximize dps or something or another. Well, I have a unique question of design levels or at least I think so. I am Wellow in game and currently he is level 26 pure wizard. I do not wish to TR this character, He simply will be my crafter. However, I am thinking of Reincarnating him / heart of +20 which he already used, just never activated. I want this toon to still be able to journey with others and not be a complete waste and want him to keep his spell books. (he doesn't have to be leading the party, I use him mostly as utility,buff, heal - Hence why dps is not the primary thing here.) I know this means 17 levels of wizard at the very least. Using the Heart +20 I could add Bard for inspired courage for crafting but was wondering if this is even a good idea. I have other toons I will TR, and this is my oldest as he was my first 20 and born around 2009. He is Halfling with the Dragon Mark Healing tree so I can heal others in a pinch, Using both Arch Mage and Pale Master for Vampire and Self Heal. So Is adding a Bard a good idea, or simply rebuild with added feats for crafting? Seems I have three levels to play with, and 17 wizard for keeping my spell books.
Any suggestions I do appreciate!

Also note: I will take him to 30. As any boost will assist in crafting, I hope. Even if it does not, It may assist in him gathering Ingredients etc....

What feats for crafting? To my knowledge there ain't any.

Only Artificer Class gets some bonus levels in crafting. But you have to take at least 1 level of Artificer for that iirc.

I Know the plus one, I more refer to the chance of success of crafting shards etc. Wouldn't Bards inspired song assist in this. I read 385ish plus bonuses could get 100%chance

AFAIK the only thing which boosts crafting success is, well, crafting levels plus success boosters from the Store. Bard buffs/songs don't do squat; crafting isn't an in-game skill like that.

Artificers get +1 crafting level per 2 arty levels; a human with Greater Dragonmark of Making gets +10 crafting levels. Ergo best crafter is human arty 20 w/DM feat chain for +20 crafting total. However it's a good idea to level your crafting first, then level your arty toon to 20 (and take DM of Making) so the bonus crafting levels don't slow down your crafting XP.
