About halfway down is a solid framework as far as the feats and whatnot. Enhancements are pretty versatile as there's a lot you can get by shifting points around. The most well known uber builder uses this split but invested a fair bit into Warpriest for the vulnerable and maybe even ameliorating strike. Tough choices though as they all have solid tradeoffs.

You forgot 14 Arti / 5 Fighter / 1 Paladin, twisting only summon spells

Edit: Expanding on this a bit, you've managed to post five of the worst damage builds.

    - Warlocks are great in heroics, but pact damage levels off because it doesn't scale particularly well with epic levels. It's the same problem all evoker characters have, but since Warlocks can't maximize / empower blasts to compensate for poor damage spell scaling, they end up playing more like an artificer than anything else: occasional CC / instakill spells + auto-attacking

    - THF isn't stellar right now in general. The crits are huge and Barbarian self-healing is nice, but the actual damage output isn't great. The only THF build that does worse damage is a Paladin

    - Wizards suffer the same problems as other evokers (typically FvS and Sorc) but have fewer SLAs, less USP in their trees, and fewer spellpoints. The upshot is that they can slot more spells, so they're kind of a swiss army knife. But raw damage? Not so much

    - Artificers can build for spell damage or weapon damage but tend to leave the other behind. Like other hybrids, they trade endgame damage potential for flexibility. They don't have as many workaround builds as Bards (eg, Barb T5 + Fvs 1)

    - Clerics have never done great damage. Warpriests are mediocre and end up being like divine versions of artificers, evokers are just subpar versions of FvS, and like Wizards they have less spellpower / SP

Your first post to the DDO forums, and you choose to post wrong information.

LOL. I was looking at this question thinking, "Hey. Someone is trying to start a fight."
