LF Drow Dagger of the Weapon Master w/ Tendon Slice and some Mythic+ action

I got mine on the second try...
you can do that quest on crazy high reaper if you use Mikhail for the ddoor 2x (also after bell so you are up on upper levels). Then, you can take out all the elves on the upper level and finish off the boss. I did this at level with a PUG on R10 and R9, then on my own down to R6.

I use Fury for furyshots on mobs, drops them to helpless. In these runs we saw a good number of drow weapons and all had mythic/reaper boosts.

I pulled one the other day with a mythic boost but it had vertigo on it. I think stunning might be the best (over tendon slice) since it gives a chance to stun opponents on every hit. However unlikely for it to land, that is still a helpless proc. I have enjoyed the tendon slice since there is no save and it slows kiting ranged mobs.

I do not play endgame much so I only have six slots done on it, all MP boosts (So I think it is giving me 37 mp total or something like that). The expanded crit is really sweet on Assassin knife spec (13-20) but I do not believe it is nearly as crazy on Vistani crit range boost.
