Default Mythic and Reaper bonuses extractor and implanter

Please implement a feature which allows mythic and reaper bonuses to be removed from existing items. In addition please implement another feature which allows those removed bonuses to be added to a separate item which could receive the bonus.

I was thinking of mythic tomes +1 to +2, +2 to +3 etc. But only get them as a quest reward option after running 20 of the same raid. Make each tome only increment the value by one point.

With these you would be able to add mythic to named items that aren't mythic as well.

Could be a similar thing for reaper as well.

I think that's a good suggestion. I still think a system like this would allow newer and less experienced players get closer to elite players which is I think what is needed since the gap continues to widen at the expense of the former missing out.
