TR into Veteran Status

You can currently TR into an iconic hero and play from 15-30; but you cannot earn racial past lives this way. Early heroics are very stale and boring. It would be really great if there was some means to TR into a Veteran Status character and start the heroic life off at lvl 4 or 7 or even 10. Obviously this shouldn't come without cost, maybe with a special, more expensive heart, or by completing some epic chain.

why not this - make it a reward for completionist? either racial or class - you still have to put in some work, but its not autogiven

This would kill low-level content, even worse than the attraction of regular Iconics did. Veterans zerging from quest to quest would not even be part of the scenery, just a dead Kortho/Harbor/Market/etc.

I actually made exactly this suggestion some time ago.

You can always eat XP gems from daily dice to skip the first few levels, but depending on how fast you TR this can get expensive.

But Completionist Status--skip the Harbor--would be VERY welcome to me. And, really, even if you were to start at LEVEL EIGHT, that's like 450k xp out of the 3.8 MILLION you need to earn to hit 20. I'd be perfectly happy with level 4, which is only 80k xp. It just happens to be the most tiresome 80k xp that can only really be done by running quests that were old in 2010 and that everyone with a completionist character has done OMG SO MANY TIMES.

Considering the number of people on the forums who complain about vets zerging through this content so fast that newbies can't keep up and feel terrible about themselves, I'm pretty sure they'd be DELIGHTED to not see us before level 4.

The biggest MMO's out there have NEVER worried about "killing" low-level content, in fact, many of them give away free "level to just below cap" goodies so that even BRAND NEW players don't have to do the newbie zones.
