Ideas on how to get a Sapphire -10% Arcane Spell Failure?

This new DDO store is causing me all types of issues and has far less usability then the old Store : (
Xsolla was not a good partner for SSG in my opinion / experience.

Anyway, I need to get a Blue Augment / Sapphire of -10% Arcane Spell Failure.
But I have no characters level 16 to 19 to buy one with DDO points.
As we know this new Store does not allow one to see items not in your level range.

I would rather not have to level a level 15 iconic to level 16 just for one item and I do not see any way to Purchase in-game with Mysterious Remnants, Collectables turn-ins, Astral Shards, Tokens of the Twelve, or Relics, etc.....

I only need and can only use the -10% version of Arcane Spell Failure thus having a 5% or 15% will not work for me.

Again any ideas on how I can get this item?

Do you think SSG Support will be able to take my DDO points for this if I send in say a Bug Report?

Thanks for any help you may provide on this issue.
I hope that I am just missing something and there are ways to get a -10% version of an Arcane Spell Failure Sapphire that I did not see.

I guess you could just wait till your character is level 16+. As it is a min lvl 16 augment it'll make whatever gear you put it in ML 16 in the first place.

Sorry if not clear, the character is level 20 but I need the level 16 Sapphire of -10% Arcane Spell Failure and am having no luck finding a way to purchase that Augment : (

I assumed, incorrectly, that the DDO Store would let me get what I wanted when I wanted it.

Our game campaign rules / role-playing does not allow for the purchase of the level 20 item unless we somehow find one in-game. Thus the level 16 Augment is what I require. Also I only needed the 10% reduction in Arcane Spell Failure.

I would even be willing to work out some type of payment for this item since I was ready to get one off the Store but could not figure out a way to do so thus this posting.

Guess what, you are in luck, check your mail. Also idk why its not showing up in the store for you, it should be since you are over level unless they don't sell them in the store.

Crystal alchemical tower shield would have -10% ASF, but that still leaves you 40%.
