It's not limited to Husk. It's apparently holdovers from the old system - Shared Bank & Gianthold 'vendors' are similarly afflicted.
Please fix these silly things before the next $99 "expansion"

The skull hat thing is still a look. It simply changes the entirety of wolves... but two-leggeds are still wearing a skull on their heads, and show it.

Dismiss charm does nothing when a ranger uses it after using Improved Wild empathy. No error, no nothing. Have to wait the 5 mins out.
Dismiss charm also does nothing when used against a mob after (regular) Wild Empathy. But this time you get an error: Invalid target. Or something...
You might want to have a look at the Otyugh in Blown Deadline.
My party member and I were running EH in full Sharn and RL gear - I was helpless after being hit twice and she was helpless after being hit once - no slobber attack was needed.
Before the stat squish I never had any real difficulty with this particular beast except when I was slobbered.
You'll never find topaz of swiftness if you type in "swiftness" But use "striding" and it shows up.
EDIT: in the DDO Store, you have to type "topaz of SPEED" nothing else works:
in Shared Storage as well, must type striding to list:

Searching for "Topaz of F", FE, FEA, does nothing. Have to search for "topaz of fear" to make it show up.

Just noting here that Cannith Crafting +W weapon scaling by weapon minimum level got borked, possibly during the stat squish but unsure exactly when.

Actually I just checked the AH, even random generated weapons got their +W scaling by minimum level messed up. Looks like all the way from level 10 to level 30... 1.5W is the max.

Questing in CH, Gatekeeper & Amarth Trials
R10 lots of deaths, near impossible with too much time and resources
R8 my tank survives well, some party deaths, doable

R1 seems ok to me, but I'm a super tank
Chronoscope
EE is as easy as before but more fun to run cause new loot

LH was too hard before and now its even worse
Lord of Blades tends to lag game now and when doing so throw one the diameter of the island or even longer
Dream Monster Swarm in marking causes party kills or near kills

LH was ok before and my tank seems to do ok now too, party members die w/o threat of party wipe

LH has gotten harder
Yesterday, I joined a party that wiped on LH and was reforming; in the final pause of Orthons, my tank was surrounded by everything as 10 party members died. Was able to pull off a miraculous completion thanks to heads up work by the solo healer left alive.
Project Nemesis
LH has gotten harder
Talk within the raiding train of changing to LN difficulty.
My tank has more difficulty at times staying up but managed to hold her own.
Too Hot to Handle
LH was too hard, to begin with, and has gotten harder
The raiding team switched to LN.
From a tank perspective, this seems to be a "Bring multiple Sunburst with good DCs or fail" raid.
As a tank, Boss seems very sluggish (5 seconds or more) to respond to intimidate.
DoJ
R1/LH seems reasonable
Party members die, but my tank does fine.
End fight still kills folks, but not as bad as when the raid first opened to the public.
Leg Shroud
LH seems reasonable and close to preSquash
Have not done R1 yet.
Edit R1 is reasonable, some deaths a bit more tactics to pull off, but very doable.
Dryad the the Demigod
LH is harder than before but my Tank did fine.
There were a few rough moments, but respectable.
DQ2
EE My super tank with cha to damage on swords has difficulty soloing thus, so she tries to party up with a group that has a ranged toon.
Overall, as easy as before.
Leg Tempest Spine
No experience after U50
Killing Time
LH seems about the same as before.
Super Tank is able to handle aggro and self-heal.
The typical almost party wipe in the Shadow Room due to the group only has one good tank.
Business as usual from a tank point of view.
Boss like to turn on the party a bit too quickly for my taste, but that is one of the challenges of a tank.

Questing R7 Ravenloft and Saltmarsh with friends is very fun and doable with some party deaths, no party wipes unless we do something real stupid. Challenging but fun with reasonable time and resources.

What happened to the Dusty Adventuring Garb you get as a Deep Gnome? The item is fine but a year or two ago I made a cosmetic of it and the item is now gray and looks like a robe instead of a pink outfit.

Strahd in Sunrise (final quest in Ravenloft) is the same CR 67 at R1, hits WAY harder due to the stat squash and massive loss of PRR/ MRR, uses ruin if you try to kite him at all. I believe he has lost absolutely NO power while we have lost large amounts in dealing with him. This is referring to the solo experience of a light armor (kiter type build). he must be hand coded and nothing has been done against him. This is true also of the Deva at end, but he can be dealt pretty easily with several relatively safe spots, but now takes longer to kill than before.
Honestly, i am having way more difficulty with any quests that has a true RED name Boss. Just in some case strategy allows me to minmize the damage to me. But they all seem to have the same power so hit way harder and take longer to kill because i hit less hard. My character has 104 reaper points and quite a few past lives so should be capable of doing r1 soloing on Any quest IMO.
Realistically I no longer can solo Trial of Archons part 1 and 2, Sunrise, and others i can not think of right now.
