Couple of Monster issues I've noticed:

* Philliree seems to have stopped spawning properly in The Price of Freedom.

* Something is seriously up with the monster Belsornig in ToEE part one, as whenever I take the door to the second floor, Belsornig appears to spawn, die, and appear in my Monster Manual.

The mouse cursor happened to be resting on top of this buff while it was active... noticed it was using the wrong pop-up text; wellspring of power is what gives that as a buff. The buff itself works right, just the text is wrong here; has zero effect on gameplay, but it amused me how many years this wrong text has likely been there for.

Just generated this end reward list, and it appears that the heroic Red Fens gear is still showing the pre U50 set bonuses:

There is a certain version of the "Bull's Strength" potion, which does - nothing.
I have several characters with this happening, and yesterday I could finally prove it (and did a screenshot of that incident) : The log says : "... is removed" !
This happens when the potion's effect ("enhancement") is the same or lower than the effect of an item (also "enhancement"). Or, in other words : It does not stack.

I guess that I'd have to use "Prowess" instead, then.

The regular potions aren't meant to stack. (Just like the spell of the same name) They can be handy in low levels when you are just a little short of making a stat check for a rune/lever in an off stat.
