Worst bug report evar, just stop reading right meow: A while ago, not sure when, was recent, maybe last life or life before? Was arti with rune arm equipped giving bastard sword prof (I THINK- it might have been a different prof, but was most (shrug) likely an Arti bonus feat prof)... And when I went to level up while wearing said rune arm, the bastard sword prof was NOT listed if the rune arm was equipped in the feat selection box.
i.e., equipped rune arms that grant proficiencies that are selectable feats proclude said feat selection at level up. Maybe, sometimes, let's just stop...moving on...
Is there anyway to stop scion feat damage? In particular the elemental acid/fire/etc damage on each weapon hit? If I took fire Scion, and im fighting fire giants, or fighting something that is HJEALed by fire, I would want to toggle this off.
(imagine this is tiny print, because I'm too lazy/dumb to do it)- There was another 3rd bug, but I didn't write it down/ So yeah. (as if you wrote the above down? :/ ) - Man, all I remember was this was a sweet easy slightly big but nice bug fix. Sigh.
Hey Lynn, exalted angel bug with divine wrath and endless ardor stacks.
when you cast divine wrath, your endless ardor stacks are set to 0 and can no longer cast the rebuke you were about to cast until you have built up 5 more endless ardor stacks via other spells. Divine wrath should instead increase your endless ardor stacks as divine wrath does light damage to foes.

Does fact that Hamstring/cripple effect have no remedy WAI?
I understand when you cant remove 6 second effect but number of mobs hit for 20/30 sec effect (quite often as farewell gift) and one general in heroic Shroud even hits with 60 second effect.
Taking into account annoyance factor and occasional danger from it, it's strange that nothing removes it.
I tested Heal and lesser healing spells, both Harper pins, FoM spell/named items, even remove paralysis/haste pots/clickies and nothing removes it. (If someone knows what can remove it other than waiting fore it to pass, PLEASE tell me)
Elaborate Parry: Hot bar text over states: For the next 6/12/18 seconds, you gain Dodge, Maximum Dodge, and Maximum Dexterity Bonus to light armor, equal to your Dexterity Modifier.
1. Wiki says you need two weapons equipped, but it works with a bow or empty handed. Tooltip doesnt mention this, so Wiki error
2. Timer starts at 18 seconds but moves to 17 seemingly very fast. Could just be me, but it seems to speed that first second by quickly.
3. Buff bar states: You have increased Dodge, Dodge Cap, and Maximum Dexterity Bonus *IN* light armor. Says IN instead of TO like the hotbar text. But it works with nothing in the armor slot and works in heavy armor.
Dance of Death: Hot bar states: Melee dual wielding attack. Does +5(W) damage. Your basic attacks when dual wielding strike four targets per swing instead of one for 10 seconds.
1. Buff bar text is different, lists wrong duration: Your basic attacks when dual wielding strike four targets per swing instead of one for 6 seconds. The buff actually lasts the correct 10 seconds.
2. Must HIT target or has no effect, goes on cool down- seems a harsh penalty especially since thematically Tempests are moving, mobs are moving, its a tempest after all. How many times do you swing at air with lag, etc? (15 second cooldown)
A Thousand Cuts. Text matches buff and hot bar.
1. That first second of the 15 seconds goes by very quickly again.
2. Must hit target again, or does nothing and goes on cooldown. (90 second cooldown)
The Growing Storm: Hot bar states: For the next 5/10/15 seconds, each time you damage an opponent you gain +1 damage for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 10 times.
1. Buff bar has two icons, one with a counter. The first is the 15 second countdown. The second is the 5 second stacking icon.
2. The static buff bar icon states: "Each time you damage an opponent you gain +1 damage and -2 Armor Class for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 10 times."
3. The counter buff bar icon states: "+1 damage and -2 Armor Class. This effect can stack up to 10 times."
4. The player does NOT lose armor class.
5. The enemy does NOT have any icon in the examine window that shows that it instead received the -2 Armor class stacking 10 times effect. So, does the -2 stacking 10 times armor class portion do anything to anyone?
6. The first second of this 15 second effect goes by very fast, perhaps faster then 1 second as the others seem to do.
7. BUG: All stacks expire if nothing is hit within 5 seconds, regardless if the 15 second buff is still active. On a tempest this is hardly noticable as stacks max almost instantly.
8. Must hit target or, you guessed it, does nothing and goes on cooldown. (30 second cooldown)
Tendon cut, from the DWS tree.
1. It FEELS to me like this slows me down. It might not be, maybe I'm nuts, but when using Exposing Stike, then using Tendon cut and hamstringing the mobs, it just seems like my toon starts moving slowing in my attack animation, like I'm in 10 percent jello or something. I know there was a Dev post about something related about how part of the animation is too long so it appears this way, but I think this is another different appearance.
2. Of course I have no data or testing on this point if there's a loss of actually attacks or DPS.
Edited to add that missed attacks do nothing but cause cooldown with Thousand cuts and Growing storm as well as Dance of death. Edit 2: Added cooldown duration.
I care more about the text not matching up, especially the weird -armor class thing with the growing storm, just listed everything else cause why not yolo.

Found a new typo in Sharn.
The Heroic Saga giver thinks that Part 2 of the Masterminds chain is CR 15, when it's obviously level 16.
Not much, but it's a quick one, and I got wondering whether the adventure log or the saga giver was wrong. Turns out, saga person is.
Other typos I found, but can't remember the conversation tree.
1) Someone says "Woah" during a conversation... Whoa is how you spell Whoa
2) Might be the first quest, someone says someone is in an "ally". I assume you meant "alley", but it could ally if that ally is a HAWT chick!
First tier of stay frosty in Shridi Epic states "and spells" 2nd tier does not mention spells. Unsure if it even works with spells if either tier is taken
just did a R5 old bonegrinder, killed the patron and then killed morgantha. On hill was only one chest. I thought we got a second chest on the hill if we killed her patron first?
Why at the end of Just Business, if you click on Issabet, do you get the image of a Gobllin - is she a Goblin in disguise?
In Ravenloft Taverns, both barkeeps have a service dialog option and a chat dialog option.
Arik Lorrensk (1st Tavern, Blood on the Vine) option one is Service, and option 2 is Chat.
Danika Martikov (2nd Tavern, Blue Water Inn) option one is Chat, and option 2 is Service.
This means I run to the innkeeper to repair or sell, and have to stop and think which choice I want each time.
I remember this being mentioned back at release, saying it would be standardised, but it is not.
Can you please change it so that each barkeep offers the "chat" dialog choice in the same position, and offers the "services" dialog in the same position? Ideally chat in position 2 since after the first time you do it, you always want service and never chat.

In castle ravenloft, invitation to dinner. Had quad dragon fight for the front door exit (yikes) We ran the dragons back one room, then left up the stairs. But first we cleared the area of mobs. As you move up the stairs, my friend targeted one of the floating construct things, and it came to us at the top of the stairs. But we couldn't select it, and I at leasst couldn't damage it with melee. After fearing a wipe, I thought it probably didn't awaken correctly, so I ran to where it had originaly been, farther up the stairs where the next flight of stairs is. Sure enough, running there made the mob targetable. Yeah, the thing with the whats its called. BEST BIG REPORTS EVAR
