Primal Avatar ability Chill of Winter claims it effects "nearby allies" when it seems that it really only effects you. Not sure if bug or text copied from the previous seasonal themed abilities in the tree.

Fatesinger ability Grandeur provides an "Aura of Grandeur" that appears to only effect you. Auras generally refer to things that affect near by friendlies or enemies, bug or poor naming?

This is a known issue with all of our persistent particles - everything from Reaper Eyes to Pale Master Shrouds - and it really frustrates me, too We've been looking into it for a while now, nothing to report but we are aware it's happening

Spring Attack is bugged.

Spring attack has the following prerequisites:
Mobility, base attack bonus of 4 or higher, Dodge, Dexterity 13+

However, I am unable to take Spring Attack on my FTR4/Monk1. This is easy to duplicate: create a character with a Dexterity 13+, take 4 Fighter levels and select as your Feats Dodge, Mobility, and whatever else you might like, then take a Monk level and attempt to select Spring Attack as your Monk Martial Arts Feat. Despite Spring Attack being on the Martial Arts Feat list and despite meeting every prerequisite, you cannot take Spring Attack. It just isn't on the list of Feats you are able to select from.

Would it be possible to create (or move) a new entrance for both Thunderhelm raids to the public area outside of the wilderness?

This would do a great deal of reduction in monster pathing lag issues for my playing.

Spring Attack is bugged.

Spring attack has the following prerequisites:

Whether this is intentional or not, I cannot say. I assume it's a bug. Also cannot say how long it has been this way, as I have not encountered the issue personally.

One: Favor feats image is just "STUB" written with red and black triangles.
Two: Blessings of the Feather is a Favor feat, but it's classified in the Special Feats category.

About the Orb Crafting:
I loot a orb with +X Equipment spell power, +X% Spell Lore and +X Insightful Spell power.
So i think in craft it like i want (Full Resonance, since there is very few good item with this). But cant craft something similar, there isnt insight spell power for orb. is that WAI?

Also could consider and Enhancement Resonance / Light item for the future, like the RL belts¿? Bards and Fey Wlk need some love :P
Edit: and even a FvS/Cleric could use something like this

In meridia there are 4 npcs with greyed out chalices suggesting they have a quest at some point. I had never noticed them before so at first i thought there must of been another adventure pack released out there at some point in time that i missed. After much searching i finally found the npcs on the wiki stating they have no quest and do nothing. Might want to remove that chalice/quest flag from them. There locations are next to the purple map markers "dias of the xxx".

The Re-acquire Raid Loot UI lists both celestial outfits as robes:
Outfit of the Celestial Avenger = Robe of the Celestial Avenger
Outfit of the Celestial Guardian = Robe of the Celestial Guardian

Not a big deal, but could not find them with initial search.

Don't all of the favor feats appear in special feats? I know the dragon vitality hit point one does, i don't know about the coin lord feat cause i simply haven't ran to 400 coin lord favor in years.

are you talking about the portal fragment collectibles that drop in shroud (and the rare portal encounter in the explorer zone)? I have known about those since i started playing but had no idea they were supposed to be tied to those npcs. Heck i never even saw those npcs till the other day when i was practicing some mario jumping skills and found those platforms with the npcs while waiting for a party member to show up.

This has definitely been reported before in forums, but the Tangleroot quest objectives only indicate the qty and are missing the names of the monsters; I thought that most of these had been caught and fixed a while ago:
