KTA icon cooldown timer display is currently set for 20 seconds, but the actual CD is 2 minutes, can we update the display? (The hotbarred icon ofc.)

Also similar issue with Sneak of Shadows - this is a 1 minute long buff but the CD display is 5 seconds.

The duration of the paladin's Zeal buff is no longer short, it has the normal duration.

I had the same experience with the Epic chest and the Torn Chitin Bracers a few days ago.

Any chance a GM could replace them in my inventory with the fully upgraded item?

Nightmare The Fallen Moon's Nightmares effect doesn't proc even in quests where the level is equal to the level of the weapon.......... it stopped procing a while back and has never started working again.

Also, the nightmares effects on Volley, Arbalest of the Damned has the same problem!

Ok, I'm confused. I've snipped your post down to the relevant parts to hopefully make it easier for you to respond.

Running a HE quest on a L30, why would you need a hireling, and since you're getting zero XP why do you care about the reentry penalty?

Equipment Healing Amplification +40 description has not been updated to say +40 base incoming healing instead of 20%.

EDIT:
Actually the same for other older effects that used to grant 10%,30% too.

Cooldown is not the same as duration. Cooldown only determines when you can activate an ability again, not how long it lasts.

For new Cutthroat's Smallblade (or earlier) you guys have created new scaling Bleeding enchantment.

Can Sinister Handaxe and Legendary Sinister Handaxe be updated to use this new scaling tech? (if this is an easy change)

I logged in after the server restart (approximately 1045 am boston time) and my guild ship amenities have been wiped out. At first i thought i just had to place them again but they aren't even in storage. That's a whole lot of shards to replace.

Things happen so it's not a big deal assuming this can be fixed and I'm not expected to buy x number of shards to do it. I just don't know what steps to take. In game support? File a bug report?

Every restart guild ship amenities take approximately an hour to repopulate. Happens every time. All should be well.

What I'm getting at is wrangling all your active buffs together, it is easier to follow if your 2 minute KTA has run out by the icon much like so many other buffs are. Think of your attack/spellcasting rotation...you know when to hit your next attack after the icon times down.

What I'm getting at is wrangling all your active buffs together, it is easier to follow if your 2 minute KTA has run out by the icon much like so many other buffs are. Think of your attack/spellcasting rotation...you know when to hit your next attack after the icon times down.

KTA has its own buff icon you can see for its remaining duration. CD is WAI. Most if not all duration (buff) spells/abilities do not have cooldowns matching durations. It is purely your own choice for mashing all buffs together on CD. Even action boosts only share same duration as CD if you're running in LD.

Ranger Arcane Archer enhancement Dispelling Shot erroneously states it "deals +1/2/3[W] and dispels 1/2/3 beneficial effects from your target." when it in fact cleanses detrimental effects (such as the Fear effect from the Terror Arrows enhancement) from the target.

The problem still persists! I realize that this is pretty bottom priority but I still have hopes that one day this will be fixed!

TL;DR:

The Echo of the Sunsword (Short sword raid item) loses its bright brilliant glow upon moving instances and turns into a dim flashlight!

This is a known issue with all of our persistent particles - everything from Reaper Eyes to Pale Master Shrouds - and it really frustrates me, too We've been looking into it for a while now, nothing to report but we are aware it's happening

When you use Void you get both of the following messages when you hit something:
(Combat): You help Training Dummy with Cold Vulnerability.
(Combat): You hit Training Dummy with Cold Vulnerability.

Finally, we've all been waiting for a revamp of the char screen for some time. While I'd really like to have a clearer understanding of my char's attributes, the one thing that when I need to know, its immediate, is the status of my Bravery Bonus. In the absence of a complete revamp, or quick fixes to the character sheet, would it be all possible to treat it like a buff and simply add an icon to the Buff Bar, possibly aggregated with the guild buffs, so we can tell the status? Alternatively, I'd suggest a new text command /bravery which would simply return an On/Off reply.
