I have the tiniest of nitpicks.
When you highlight the stats in the character sheet, it explains the way Wisdom and Charisma USED to work for Favored Souls.
I guess that specific text box just got left out when the change happened.

Majesty (Fatesinger ability) is not preventing Charisma damage.
The Legendary Dreadnaught doesn't appear to apply ranged power to a character. Not that it is needed on my Barbarian but I have 3 cores from Legendary Dread and 0 ranged power where I should have 12.

Just tested it on an FvS and it gives me ranged power, is it possible that you have EDF (Epic Defensive Fighting) active? this reduces all ranged power and Doubleshot to zero
The rest/rez shrines in Plundering Pirates' Point can't be used by hirelings. The two 'sleeping mats' on the floor in front of them block the pathing for the hireling, so they just stand there and stare at them, or run around to the other side of the wall and do nothing. The fact that the front of the sleeping mats (despite being flat on the ground) are impassable barriers for players as well seems a bit silly. Just remove them.
<edit> Got it to work, but it required running back to the entrance, telling the hireling to hold his ground, then running back to the shrine and teleport-summoning him to that spot, then he could use the shrine. Seems like a silly way to have to do it.

At some point, WIS reads: "...spell access, spell points and offensive spell power for clerics, druids, paladins and rangers, offensive spell power for favored souls..."
Just add "favored souls" after "druids" or "clerics", no need for the extra line of text specifically for FvS.
CHA reads about the same, but only mentions sorcerers and bards for the spell access/power/points part, and then adds an extra line mentioning only spell access and spell points for FvS.
Someone COULD add that FvS are still special, and make sure to note FvS only use the higher of the two for both, but that seems less important than having it written that FvS does not have its spell power (DCs, technically) be determined solely by WIS, and spell points and access to higher spells only determined by CHA.
Should someone want to keep the rule written in the stat itself, the line could read (changing the classes depending on the stat affected)
"...spell access, spell points and offensive spell power for clerics, favored souls, druids, paladins and rangers. Favored Souls use the better of WIS or CHA to determine these factors instead of relying only one one ability like the other classes"
After checking further, I'd like to add: CHA could use the update to also add Warlocks, and there is no mention of Alchemists in INT's description.

I think one can say something is wrong here in this picture
Of course, as a player, it is hard to tell if this is only a display error in the character sheet or if something with the item is wrong but all 3 absorptions from that what the item displays don't transfer correctly to the character sheet the force absorption is only 13% (I have another 15% from Grandmaster), and the alignment absorption is 23% instead of 22%.
Another item I know with a similar issue with the light absorption is the artifact bracer from Sharn, but I don't remember the name atm.

Couldn't see if already mentioned but last update/patch supposedly fixed Whispers of Return loot drop on legendary but still dropping loot from spiders and flies. Maybe means some item set loot isn't findable?
I know it's already mentioned in separate thread but wanted to add it here.
IDK if I'm just too stupid or if this is an already known issue, this augments fits in no augment slot I tried even if it looks like it goes into any augment slot.
I only tried two but I assume the same for all Isle of Dread set augments from the crafter.
massage: "(Standard): The augment's type does not match the slot type"
Not sure if it's been brought up before, but the epic and legendary versions of the Smash 'n Grabber shield from Saltmarsh has both Parry and Riposte as bonuses. Both of them are insight bonuses to AC and saves, so they don't stack. Therefore it's completely pointless for the item to have both attributes.
And to be honest, "riposte" shouldn't be an AC/save bonus anyway, since a riposte is a response to an attack, not a defense against it. Riposte should give damage, to-hit, or armor penetration bonuses instead.

is healing undead skeletons. Cold damage should not heal undead.

Things worthy of Standing Stone going EXTREME PREJUDICE™ on.:
- Epic and Legendary Mysterious ring upgrades, please.
- Change the stack size of filigree in the shared bank to 50. The 5 stack makes the shared bank worthless for storing filigree in a human usable manner.
- Fixing why I don't connect to the chat server for 5 minutes when I log into a game world.
- Fixing the wonky Lightning Sphere and Tactical Det firing by converting them to use alchemist spell arcing.
- Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.
I just wonder if the developers are aware that Greater Shout is currently irresistible? Maybe you going to fix that with U55.3 but just in case you still don't know about it, this is for the Greater Shout from both, all monsters and player characters as far as I know.
I am sure that this has been posted elsewhere or here, but: Can the Chit turn-in heroic weapons for Saltmarsh be the same ML as the gear there? Currently they are ML 5 like the Fey ones whereas the Salt gear is ML 3. I know this is not a deal-breaker but just noting how those weapons are in an odd place.

Not sure if this is the right place but the Starter Pack is still missing from the DDO Market since it was changed from Dragonborn to Aasimar I believe?

The Essence of Dark Diversion Augment is supposed to reduce all threat by 20%, but it is only reducing my melee threat by 20%, not my ranged threat. My ranged threat is not changed.
As of a few days ago, all Phantasmal enemies in Dr. Rushmore's Mansion, Picture Portals and Moving Targets (Level 15 characters running at CR 20), enter a state of constant phasing in. It's kinda hard to explain, but they phase in over and over again, such that they basically remain invisible. It is possible to target and defeat such enemies. Ranged Phantasmal enemies are the hardest to track down.
The current weirdness could make for a neat monster, sort of like a more shimmery Invisible Stalker.
The recent patch may have fixed this. Dunno. It was happening in the two runs I made a day or two before that patch.
