I'm not the first and certainly won't be the last, finally reached reaper points 75 and 76 last life! Also finished my last racial life, I would've finished sooner, but stuck around until 30 every life to help my friends earn epic past lives along the way. I bought the wings and nothing happened, couldn't find anything in the wiki, put in a ticket as was going to rage on the forums until I noticed under feats it is a toggle, doh! Time to get back to cap and wait for Tieflings.

i bought the eyes and after drinking the pot it became a feat that i used to toggle on and off.

im pretty sure the wings work the same way
