Falconry core6 not granting freedom of movement

Ran some tethymar today,
Had a wiz casting sleet storm for cc
I noticed I didn't have freedom of movement,
Granted by the core6 of falconry
First time I really noticed it,
Since not too many situations to test it
There's no fom icon in the buff bar

Also can u check tooltips for the bird attacks?
Some, killer and aoe, don't include assassinate from tree, or from gear

It became worse when Warlock arrived. "Celestial Spirit" can't save you ! Hey, devs, we float above the ground, while "Celestial Spirit" is on ! How can we possibly be still affected by slippery surfaces and stuff ?!
