    Default Survivability and new life for old feats

    I was taking a feat today and noticed, again, how many feats there are that I never use. The game has just outgrown their benefits. Overall I suggest moving to a percentage rather than a flat rate. That will scale better with level, with build foci and with ongoing changes to the game.

    With survivability in mind, here are some suggestions.

    Name old suggested
    Acrobatic +2 jump and tumble +5% jump and tumble
    Alertness +2 listen and spot +5% listen and spot
    Athletic +2 balance and swim +5% balance and swim
    Bullheaded +2 Intim, +1 will save +5% Intim, +5% will save
    Discipline +2 concentration, +1 will save +5% concentration, +5% will save
    Great fort +2 fort save +15% fort save
    Iron will +2 will save +15% will save
    Luck of heroes +1 all saves +10% all saves
    Negotiator +2 diplo and haggle +5% diplo and haggle
    Resilience +4 to all saves but spells have 3x normal cooldown +15% to all saves but spells have 3x normal cooldown
    Resist poison +4 to saves vs poison +15% to saves vs poison
    Self sufficient +2 heal and repair +5% heal and repair
    Snake blood +1 reflex, +2 saves vs poison +15% reflex, +2% saves vs poison
    Stealthy +2 hide and move silently +5% hide and move silently

    Heck, I might even use some of those new versions!

    I don't know about percentages, but doing a feat pass would have gone a long way to helping melee or any other play style. This is the kind of thing I keep talking about. Overdue passes.

    I do know percentages lol, and one stand out is 5% jump vs 2 jump... it would take 40 jump (the soft cap) for 5% to yield 2, so this is a nerf.

    I do agree all of these feats need improvement though.

    Nevertheless they are still very weak. Some mine suggestions (I add some other weak feats to the list):

    Bullheaded +2 intim, +1 will save +1 intim and will save and +1 Intim /+1 will save every 4/10 character level (+8/+4 on level 30)
    Combat Casting +4 concentration while casting spells +2 concentration while casting spells and +1 every 3 character level and static 1% spell critical (+12 on level 30)
    Discipline +2 concentration, +1 will save +1 concentration and will save and +1 concentration /+1 will save every 4/10 character level (+8/+4 on level 30)
    Great fort +2 fort save +1 fort save and every 6 character levels (+6 on level 30)
    Iron will +2 will save +1 will save and every 6 character levels (+6 on level 30)
