a nice first step would be remove this stance from the game.

How did this stance modify anything.... if you don't like it then don't use it. They aren't forcing you to activate it to join a raid or do a quest and for me it was a benefit because I could choose 6 CON instead of 20% HP for Stalwarts, Paladin's would have the same choice. LoH still works just fine along with Consecration, Positive Energy Burst, and Mass Cure's (targeted on caster). This is lend extra survivability for melee's, not make casters even more OP then they already are.
