How do you heal an ally by targeting yourself?

But I never tested that
And it's a full heal, works in reaper.

You can not cast this on an ally. It is self only. So either the tool tip is wrong or the ability is bugged.

It's a great ability, I use it as full heal after a raise dead

It casts on yourself regardless of who you have targeted. Maybe it worked differently in the past.
