Wondering why White Plume Mountain only appears under Low Level in DDO Store

Just wondering why does the new Adventure Pack "White Plume Mountain" only appear under the "Low Level" section in the DDO store and not under Epic or Legendary as well?

Also, shouldn't it be in the "New to DDO Store" section too? (Along with the related optional extras.)
