Lost half of my items, all my ingredient, collectables, tomes after TR

So I was like happily ETR and TRing like 10 days ago.

So the thing happened when I did an ETR followed by a TR on my main toon Florensa in Orien.

As I Iog out the character to reincarnate it and setting it up for a new life, the box with "UNKNOWN" pop out upon pressing the create button. And it doesn't respond after. I tried repeating the process 3 times but to no avail. then I tried relog in the character at level 20. but it says it is already in the world. I have no choice but to log onto another character to put up a ticket in game.

After a day and several restarts of my Mac laptop, I managed to log in the character who appeared to be already reincarnated. However after checking the TR Cache, I noticed many items are missing. What is left in the TR cache is the 60 items I stored in the bank slots, everything else which I was carrying in my 100 inventory slots and wearing appeared to be missing.

I waited for the GM in game to answer my ticket and he suggest me to send an online support ticket here. Aside from losing many decent equipments like Duality from Ravenloft, I have lost every ingredient and collectables I farmed in the past few years. Also the inheritance bonus of all my +7 attributes and skills are missing. This really upsets me.

I think you're putting it mildly, I know I'd be furious! I think they made some changes in the last year that will help them recover missing items in cases like this, so hopefully in a few days customer service will get everything restored for you. I for one would be very interested in hearing how it works out, good luck!

Just out of curiosity, how soon did you HTR after your ETR? Did you log out in between the two (i.e. after ETR)?
