DDO Point get by finishing quests or similar

Hi,
I'm a returning player. When in 2011 played this game I got some DDO Point that added in my wallet in DDO Store to buy everything I need... is something changed?

I've just done the first 5 o 6 quests in Kothors village and no DDO Point was added to my wallet...

(Similar in LOTRO, when I do the DEED I got LOTRO Points)

You still earn DDO Store points from Favor; however there are first-time bonuses per server which you only get once. You can get 100 Points from 50 Favor the first time you play a server fairly quickly. But subsequently you only get 25 Store points for every 100 Favor, IIRC.
